South and Central Auckland cover a huge range of property types, and after years on the tools we've built for most of them. Older Papatoetoe and Māngere homes often need boundary fences replaced where the originals have rotted out. The central suburbs — Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden — have a lot of character villas on tight sections where site access is the main challenge. Newer subdivisions in Flat Bush and Takanini want clean, modern lines, usually horizontal slat or picture frame timber. Out past Papakura you've got lifestyle blocks that need post-and-rail or chain link. We've built all of it.

The Franklin area is a big part of what we do. Pukekohe, Waiuku, Pōkeno, Tuakau, Drury, and Clevedon all have their own mix of rural fencing, boundary work, and pool compliance jobs. On the eastern side, Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, and Bucklands Beach get a lot of coastal fencing — aluminium and powder-coated steel that handles the salt air without rusting out. We bring the same team and materials across the full region.

Pool fencing is a big one for us — new builds especially. The rules around pool barriers (NZS 8500) are strict, and getting it wrong means the Auckland Council inspector won't sign off. We handle the compliance side as part of the install, and we've got a good relationship with the local councils so we know what they're looking for. Same goes for boundary fences over 2.5m — we'll check whether you need a building consent before we start.
